Team Singapore Takes Part in Wushu’s Official Debut at The World Games

We’re proud to have Ong Zi Meng and his team representing Team Singapore at the 12th edition of The World Games, held in Chengdu, China, from 7th to 17th August 2025.

This year marks an honourable and historic milestone, it is the first time Wushu has been officially included as a medal sport in The World Games. Zi Meng’s participation not only places him among the sport’s pioneers on this global stage but also marks a significant chapter in the history of Singapore Wushu.

As he prepares to compete alongside the world’s best, alongside his teammates, we stand behind Team Singapore Wushu with immense pride and anticipation. Their journey reflects the spirit of dedication, resilience, and excellence that we strive to uphold.
